Why Is There A Sound Delay On My Youtube Videos

First check out http://uk.video.yahoo.com/watch/6695036/17391401 about Lanzarote and note the changes in music to suite the action, and also music over the end graphic which matches the start graphic.

Now watch the same video on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s1SLmfrG87M and the audio is seriously delayed.

Is it my settings in Adobe premiere 7, maybe bitmap settings? If so, how come Yahoo can play correctly?
